Tea and Mindfulness
The Tea and Mindfulness group hosts weekly meetings to discuss mindfulness, tea, and the relationship between those topics. At each meeting, tea will be provided and consumed mindfully, students are introduced to ways where tea can be used as a tool to enhance our meditation practice or become a little more mindful.
