Karen Hutchins

Karen went to Salem College and graduated with her Bachelors in Sociology in 2016. She became an active and missional Christian through InterVarsity at Salem and saw an amazing opportunity to be a part of that for other students after graduating. She came on staff at Salem College in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since! She is beyond excited to be at Wake serving students and walking with them as they learn more about themselves and about the character, mission, and vision of Jesus. Her main goal is to establish a Spirit-led, witnessing community that reflects Jesus’ heart for the nations and the hurting.

Karen and her husband love living in Winston-Salem. In their free time, you can find them watching a Disney movie on Disney Plus, drinking coffee and playing Uno.
