Koru 2.0 Registration Open

Koru 2.0 registration is now open on the pdc site. The course is being sponsored by the Chaplain’s Office as part of the Mindful Wake initiative.  Koru 2.0 builds on the body-mind-breath mindfulness training as developed in the Koru Basics course. The advanced course further expands breath awareness and gentle movement options. The advanced course also includes an experiential introduction to the structured flow of a Koru retreat.  

 

The recommended reading for Koru 2.0 is Sharon Salzberg, Real Happiness. Unlike in our Koru Basics course, we will work a bit more intentionally with weekly readings, so please consider purchasing a copy if you plan to take the course.

 

Classes will be held in Wingate Hall, Room 206 and Facilitated by Dr. Ulrike Wiethaus on
