Koru Mindfulness Training offered in October

Koru Mindfulness Class offers four 75-minute classes as an introduction to mindfulness training. Each class includes: short opening meditation, check-in, mind-body skill development, and an introduction to a different mindfulness meditation practice in each session.

Classes will be held in Wingate Hall, Room 206 and Facilitated by Dr. Ulrike Wiethaus on

     Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 • 6:00pm – 7:15pm
